This policy explains what information Brushline Painting Co. (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects when you use this website or contact us about painting work across the Northern Rivers NSW, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it deliberately plain.

When you fill in our quote form or get in touch, we collect only what we need to give you an accurate quote and follow up:

• Your name and how to reach you — phone number and email address.
• Your property location or suburb, so we can tell you whether it’s within our service area.
• Job details you choose to share — the rooms or surfaces involved, scope, timing and any photos you send.

We don’t ask for information we don’t need, and you’re never required to give us more than you’re comfortable sharing to get an indicative quote.

How we use it

We use the information you give us to prepare and send your quote, to contact you about your enquiry, to schedule a walkthrough or job, and to keep a record of the work for warranty and tax purposes. That’s the whole of it. We don’t use your details for unrelated marketing without your consent.

We don’t sell your data

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone. We only share details with a third party where it’s necessary to do the work you’ve asked for — for example a trade supplier or sub-contractor on your job — or where we’re required to by law.
